WRONG PURCHASE? NO PROBLEM!

If you realize you have made a wrong purchase, no problem. You may request cancellation of the order, both for goods not yet shipped and for those already received, without having to provide a reason, provided you send an explicit notification within and no later than 14 working days after taking possession of the goods (for example via email to info@inoxforniture.it or via letter sent to the address Inox Forniture s.r.l. Via Luigi Albertini 36 F/2, 60131 Ancona Italy).  

If you withdraw from the sales contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay, after the goods have been returned. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you have agreed otherwise. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by you.

We will always be at your disposal to assist you in the return process.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by entities with a VAT number.
