Orders placed through this website will be governed exclusively by the following general terms and conditions of sale, which supersede and exclude any other agreement made or previously established
INFORMATION
Inox Forniture S.r.l. reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice to customers and users, the products, prices, information and conditions of access and use present on this website.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders received, provided they are duly completed in all their parts or fields indicated as mandatory, will be fulfilled by courier shipment to the address indicated by the customer. In case of delivery delay, no damage will be attributable to the seller.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Such charges are exclusively borne by the recipient/purchaser, who must pay the amount due to the carrier and/or the competent authorities. Any additional charges related to customs clearance will be exclusively borne by the recipient/purchaser. In case of refusal of goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (e.g. incorrect address and/or telephone number of the recipient; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.), the amount to cover the costs of sending goods, returning goods, and customs for return will be withheld and charged to the recipient/purchaser. For information regarding the amount of duties and any taxes, and the procedures for customs clearance of goods, it is recommended to contact the competent Customs Offices of the destination country.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP. DEFECT NOTIFICATION. ERRORS. RETURN. LIABILITY. REFUNDS
According to Italian law, the risk on ordered goods passes to the customer at the moment of delivery from the seller to the carrier. The customer is required to always verify, upon receipt of the goods, the integrity, accuracy and completeness of their order and to explicitly and promptly communicate any defects, errors or shortages. Any defective goods must in any case be returned to the seller, preferably with the original shipping packaging or in any case with adequate means and packaging, suitable to prevent and avoid damage of any kind, only after receiving specific return authorization, by courier shipment. Goods received in error must be returned to the seller by courier shipment. The costs of return for defective goods or goods sent in error will be borne by the seller. No liability for damages will be attributable by the customer to the seller in these cases and the customer will not be able to claim any rights against the latter, except for the refund of the price of defective goods or goods sent in error. The seller is not liable for theft or loss during transport.
PAYMENT AND INVOICING
The payment and invoicing methods are exclusively those indicated in the appropriate section of the order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer may withdraw from the order without any penalty provided they send an explicit communication within and no later than 14 working days after acquiring possession of the goods (for example via email to info@inoxforniture.it or via letter sent to the address Inox Forniture s.r.l. Via Luigi Albertini 36 F/2, 60131 Ancona Italy). Withdrawal exercised after this deadline will have no effect and will not release the customer from the payment due, keeping the order valid. If delivery of the goods has occurred, the customer will be required to return them by courier shipment at their own expense, to the address Inox Forniture s.r.l. Via Luigi Albertini 36 F/2, 60131 Ancona Italy. The goods delivered as above must be returned in their integrity and entirety, preferably with the original shipping packaging or in any case with adequate means and packaging suitable to prevent and avoid damage of any kind and the customer will remain responsible for custody until the actual return of the goods to the seller, according to the methods indicated by the seller. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by entities with VAT numbers.
USE OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS
The use of purchased products is only that provided for by law and that for which the goods are intended by nature. Any improper or illegal uses will not give rise to any liability of the seller for the benefit of the customer or anyone on their behalf.

The entire content of this website is the property of Inox Forniture S.r.l.: distribution, reproduction, retransmission, even partial, and any other use in the absence of express authorization from the owner are strictly prohibited. Reproduction or use of the graphic images reproduced here, the page layouts present therein and any other specific feature of the website are also not permitted. Any use of the website other than that for which it is intended, distribution, publication for profit of content reproduced therein, modification, processing in any form and manner, will be considered abusive and liable to be criminally prosecuted.

The content of this order is subject to current privacy regulations. The customer’s personal data collected by virtue of it will be processed pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments
