DELIVERY TIMES
Material available in stock will be delivered to the courier within 24 hours of the order, within one week if the material is not available or consists of pre-assembled products (handrails, ready-made posts, railings). If we are unable to meet these delivery times, we will promptly communicate the new terms: if not accepted by the customer, we will refund any advance payment within 24 hours.

SHIPPING METHODS
The material will be shipped by express courier or conventional courier at the customer’s discretion, through a specific choice to be made during the order process. For material exceeding 3 meters, express courier shipping is not possible.

DAMAGE OR LOSS DURING TRANSPORT
Under Italian law, goods travel at the buyer’s risk/expense. In case of damage or loss during transport, our Customer Service is fully available to assist the buyer in dealing with the courier and attempting to resolve the issue positively. We recommend always carefully checking the integrity of the packaging at the time of delivery; if faced with a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged, we recommend accepting the goods with reservation for inspection, explicitly stating “Accepted with reservation for inspection due to tampered/damaged packaging” on the Transport Document
